Midwife

I am a Registered Midwife and I completed my midwifery degree in New Zealand in 2018.

Since becoming a midwife, I have always worked as a community midwife providing women-centred and individualised continuity of care.

I am passionate about Women’s Health and I believe that pregnancy, birth and parenthood are incredibly special times in people’s lives. I have a caring and understanding personality and I feel honoured to be part of this special journey. It is very important for me to provide compassionate, individualised, and skilled care and support women to birth wherever they feel most comfortable and safe. I strongly believe that pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period are normal, “low-risk” events for most women, however, I also know that some women start their pregnancies with pre-existing health conditions and some may develop health problems during pregnancy. I am passionate in supporting women and families through their journeys into parenthood and building an empowering partnership between the woman, family and the midwife.

I will ensure you will get all necessary information enabling you to make informed choices about your care provision. I am experienced in caring for you in a home-and hospital setting and will always aim for you to have an empowering and joyous maternity experience.

I was born in Poland, grew up in Germany and have spent many years living in the UK and New Zealand. I am married and a mother of two school-aged children. I spend all my spare time with my family or exercising. I moved to the Sunshine Coast in early 2024. I love the outdoors, camping and tramping and I am very excited to explore the Sunshine Coast and Australia.
