Naturopath
Tamara cares deeply about the reproductive health of all women — from puberty through to menopause, pregnancy, and beyond. As a degree-qualified Naturopath, she brings both professional knowledge and lived experience, having personally navigated conditions such as endometriosis, PCOS, fibroids and Hashimoto’s thyroiditis. This allows her to hold a deep, empathetic understanding of the challenges many women face. Her passion lies in supporting women and couples through their fertility and pregnancy journey, helping to nurture healthy pregnancies and thriving postpartum recoveries.
With over 12 years of experience in the wellness industry, Tamara has developed a grounded and holistic understanding of what true health means. Early in her career, she worked alongside one of Australia’s leading fertility Naturopaths in Sydney, gaining invaluable insight into the healing power of nature and the intricate relationship between hormones and overall wellbeing.
Since then, she has refined her focus on identifying and addressing the root causes of her patients’ health concerns, using a blend of evidence-based and holistic medicine.
She is particularly passionate about helping women feel supported through their reproductive journey – specifically pregnancy and postpartum recovery with a focus on nourishing both mother and baby, supporting optimal nutrient stores and hormone balance to create emotional resilience and restored energy during this transformative time.
Patients can expect an authentic, compassionate, and realistic approach with Tamara. She believes that true healing happens when plans are achievable, collaborative, and tailored to the individual. Both functional and conventional pathology testing are utilised, alongside herbal medicine, nutraceuticals, nutrition, and lifestyle guidance. Tamara’s philosophy is grounded in the belief that a balanced, nourishing diet provides the foundation for a healthy relationship with your body and sustainable long-term wellbeing.
Dedicated to continual learning, Tamara regularly attends seminars and professional training to stay at the forefront of naturopathic and functional medicine. She works collaboratively with fertility specialists, all midwives, gynaecologists, endocrinologists, and general practitioners to ensure a truly integrative model of care for each patient she supports.
