We are delighted to welcome Alecia Staines who will be joining our Coast Life Midwifery practice from February 2017….
Alecia:
‘I’m a mother of soon-to-be 4. My transition from classroom teacher to birth educator began almost 8 years ago, when I birthed my son in rural Queensland, with the local MGP. I enjoy empowering and educating mums through HypnoBirthing classes, whilst helping them find balance in mind, body, and emotionally with Pregnancy Yoga, Mums and Bubs and regular yoga and birth art workshops. I spend most of my spare time advocating for maternity reform, as a consumer representative for Maternity Consumer Network’.
Alecia will be commencing 5 week Courses at Coast Life Midwifery, 22 Beach Road, Maroochydore.
February 8th @ 6pm Hypnobirthing followed by Birth Art Classes @ 7.15pm
February 11th @ 9.30am
